Important Hanging Instructions

Due to Eugene's substantial weight (80 lbs), we strongly recommend you hang him with care. At least one of the mounting screws MUST be drilled into a wall stud for secure installation.

For the safest hanging method, we recommend the following:

Drill a pilot hole into the wall, ensuring at least one is in a stud.
Tap a plastic anchor (Molly anchor) into the holes not in a stud.
Drill screws into the plastic anchors and the wall stud.
Place your new wall mount onto the screws.

**Eugene Moose return policy: If you would like to return your Eugene Moose, please keep in mind that according to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Since Eugene ships on a pallet, the return shipping costs will be between $500-$600 depending on your address.
