Shipping

We know you’re excited to receive your order and we don’t like to keep you waiting.

• Orders ship from Mineola, Texas
• Processing time: 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday)
• Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday

We primarily ship via USPS Ground or Priority, with UPS used for larger or heavier items when needed.

Shipping Rates:

• Flat Rate: $10 on all orders
• FREE shipping on orders $250+ (no code needed)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase
• Eligible returns will be issued as store credit or exchange only
• We do not offer refunds

Exchanges:
If you have your eye on something else, let us know. We’ll ship your new item once your return has been received and processed.

Return Guidelines

To be eligible for return:

• Items must be new, unworn, and unaltered
• Tags must still be attached
• Items must be in perfect condition

Please note:

• Items that have been washed are not eligible for return
• We are not responsible for washed items, but we’re always happy to help if you have concerns
• If an item is returned damaged or not in original condition, we reserve the right to deny the return

Return Shipping:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• We can provide a return label upon request (cost will be deducted from store credit)
• Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking)

Return Limits:

• Excessive returns (5+ total) may be reviewed and declined at our discretion

Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale or discounted items
• Vintage or one-of-a-kind pieces
• Gourmet food items
• Holiday and seasonal merchandise
