NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Promotion begins on June 7, 2026 and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST. Winners will be selected at random on July 1, 2026

ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 years or older.

HOW TO ENTER

Participants may earn entries as follows:

• • Like the official giveaway post on Instagram = 1 entry
  • Tag @ThePeriwinkleShoppe in a photo featuring an authentic House of Jaded Gypsy Earthsong Harem Pant = 2 additional entries
  • Tag @ThePeriwinkleShoppe in a video or Reel featuring an authentic House of Jaded Gypsy Earthsong Harem Pant = 3 additional entries

This giveaway is officially hosted on Instagram at @ThePeriwinkleShoppe. The giveaway will also be promoted on Facebook, but official entries must be submitted via Instagram as described above.

Additional photo and video submissions must be unique. Duplicate, repetitive, or substantially similar content may be counted as a single entry or disqualified at the sole discretion of The Periwinkle Shoppe. 

To be eligible, social media accounts and tagged content must be publicly viewable at the time entries are reviewed.

CONTENT LICENSE AND PERMISSION

By tagging The Periwinkle Shoppe in any giveaway-related photo, video, reel, story, or social media content, participant grants The Periwinkle Shoppe a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, and promote such content in connection with The Periwinkle Shoppe, House of Jaded Gypsy collections, future product launches, social media, website content, email marketing, digital advertising, print advertising, and other promotional materials without additional compensation.

Participant represents and warrants that they own the content submitted and have permission from any individuals appearing in the content.

PRIZES

Six winners will be selected. Prizes will be awarded as follows:

• • First prize (1): $100 The Periwinkle Shoppe Gift Card
  • Second prize (1): $50 The Periwinkle Shoppe Gift Card
  • Third prize (4): $25 The Periwinkle Shoppe Gift Card each

All prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Approximate retail value of all prizes combined: $250.

WINNER SELECTION

Six winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. Winners will be drawn sequentially. The first winner drawn will receive the first prize ($100), the second winner drawn will receive the second prize ($50), and the remaining four winners drawn will each receive a third prize ($25).

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Periwinkle Shoppe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, House of Jaded Gypsy, or Jaded Gypsy. Each participant fully releases Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability in connection with this promotion.
