SHIPPING:

Orders are sent via the best way and include USPS Ground, 1st Class & Priority, UPS & Fedex. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipment. Orders are shipped from Mineola Texas, Monday through Friday and are typically shipped out within 24 to 48 hours. Orders received on Friday will not ship until Monday, as all shipping facilities are closed on Saturday in our town.

**ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON MAGNOLIA PEARL ITEMS** In the rare case you purchased an item that was not to your liking, we will happily take it back (in original condition with tags included) for for store credit or exchange within five days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds. 

Shipping is a flat $5 charge. At times we may elect to have a promotion that if X dollar amount is spent, shipping is free. Shipping will not be free if using a special coupon code.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US: If you reside outside the US or Canada and would like to make a purchase, please contact us so that we can obtain a shipping quote. Email [email protected] with your shipping address and item(s) you would like to purchase.

RETURNS:

Returns accepted on apparel items within 10 days of receipt. You must contact us to start a return. Any return must be in new condition, unworn/unused, with tags attached. You are responsible for return shipping. Return shipping will not be refunded. We can provide a return shipping label requested and cost will be deducted from refund. 

All other items, such as vintage/one of a kind, gourmet food items, holiday/seasonal, etc. are final sale, no returns accepted.

MAGNOLIA PEARL POLICY AS OF 9/2/25: effective immediately, all Magnolia Pearl purchases are final sale. No returnsor exchanges will be allowed. No exceptions. Applies to all past and present purchases. We apologize for any inconvenience. For issues or concerns with items, please contact Magnolia Pearl directly. 

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit/gift card.
