At the heart of the collection are two starlings, silhouetted against a luminous full moon, companions in flight moving together through the dark. Gathered around them are time honored symbols: a skull softened by flowers, luna moths and butterflies mid transformation, sheaves of wheat, and sparrows nestled among the branches. Beneath it all, a banner reads Memento Vivere, remember to live.
